Archive 81 (2022)

This short-lived horror drama follows Dan (Mamoudou Athie), a renowned conservator who is tasked with restoring tapes from 1994 that feature a grad student named Melody (Dina Shihabi) documenting an apartment building that eventually burned down in a fire.

As he comes to find out, Melody was investigating the residents of the apartment, many of whom were part of a sinister cult. Additionally, it becomes clear that Dan was chosen to restore these tapes for reasons beyond his particular restoration skills.
